[Noff][NFLB] Happy Wink Skirt Lift

Please read first!

This animation requires the [NFLB] Nofflebones Skeleton! Which I will provide the latest beta version in this content. You need to replace, or set it as a higher priority than IVCS! (LATEST VERSION AS OF THIS POINT IS VERSION 5.0)
Install Priority

1: Normal modded meshes and textures (example freyja 4.0)
2: [NFLB] Nofflebones + Unique Racial Metadata V5.0
3: [NFLB] or [IVCS] Meshes

IF YOU ARE NOT USING IVCS OR NFLB MESHES, YOU ONLY NEED THE SKELETON TO PREVENT CRASHING!

!IMPORTANT! The animation requires skirts that are bound to the NFLB skeleton, this is because vanilla skirts cannot be scaled and makes an animation like this possible, which means the clothing options will be limited until more is created.
